I'd like to hear how you address group members who have no interest in spiritual growth. I have had a number of people enter my group over the past year or more who are quite content with where they are at - they talk about their sins quite casually with no intention of change.

My current approach has not been one of direct confrontation, nor avoidance. I have been waiting for individuals to articulate their own values over the course of our weekly gatherings. I have found that an incongruity surfaces and then I am able to address their sin _base_d on their own professed values.
