Think about some of these questions below. I think the answers will give you some insight on how to deal with this situation.

Who did the Worship Leader have a conflict with? Was it about worship only or other issues?

Why did the worship leader really leave?

Was the Worship Leader such a strong and charismatic Leader that he convinced people to leave immediately or did it take a long time to convince them?

Is or was there something festering in your church that caused this problem?

Who talked with the woman who is now leading the small group to find out why she is still at the church? Who has a good relationship with her? I think she wants someone to talk with her.

Do you have relationships with any of the people left in that small group? What are you doing to strengthen those relationships? You are an example!

What is the spiritual condition of your church?

Do you truly believe in forgiveness?

Is there a Biblical Example of how Jesus handled a similar situation you can learn from and apply here?
