A few members of my small group have been discussing their dissatisfaction with my group and the topics we study. Unfortunately, these members rarely attend the group and it is not surprising they get little out of it, since they put little into it. My real question is how to address the issue of talking negatively behind my back? This is not the first time it has happened.
