ccn-logo_ball72res.jpgYou may or may not be familiar with the Church Communication Network but over the last couple of years they have really improved what they have to offer. No longer do you have to train your volunteers at an expensive off site conference, you can have the best Christian speakers and experienced ministry professionals right in your own church.

Christian Communications Network Here is an example of what I mean. Greg Bowman from the Willow Creek Association recently posted that a portion of the Willow Creek Group Life Conference will be broadcast on CCN's satellite service.

"Church Communications Network (CCN) has been around for years. They are a phenomenal organization with a great heart for the local church. The WCA has partnered with them to bring world-class training to the local church for years.

But this year will be a first. We will be broadcasting part of our annual Group Life Conference live and part on tape through CCN's network. For free. (Yep, I said that, too. CCN subscribers get it for free.) The session with Scot McKnight will be taped and shown on Saturday, September 29, at 9am followed by a live broadcast of the final session of our Group Life Conference."

If you haven't Checked out CCN or the Group Life Conference I would highly recommend it. I am bringing a team from our church this month and I know we will return home inspired, excited to serve our church, fresh with new ideas, and we will have a deeper connection to each other.
