A few years ago, our group did our own version of the Amazing Race in our area. We kind of blended the ideas from the hit CBS reality show with a scavanger hunt. The actual race was three or four hours long, and we ended the event with a pool party. Everybody had a blast.

The following year, we added a few more groups to the excitement. And last year, we opened it up to our whole church. We had 22 teams of people driving all over the area racing to places, completing various challenges, and collecting fun items.
